This was my second loan processed with Atlantic Bay this year. Brian was professional and easy to work with. This mortgage was for an property in a different state and we the closing date was delayed due to a problem with the title insurance. It did seem like your team managing the title and title underwriting could have communicated better with me and the closing attorneys.
