The process was relatively easy, since we were currently holding our mortgage with the company. Because of this, our information was auto populated into the new documents. It took a while to get our current information updated. We were given a closing date, and then asked to provide additional information days prior to the closing. This caused us some stress because my husband had to leave work early a couple of days to get home to provide the requested information.
