My Dr was to give me 3 prescriptions, 1 was sent in. Was to be a 3 month script and was for 1 mo. I normally don't have problems. I like Dr. Sullivan... but this creates problems with me that I don't want to deal with.

Brian Sullivan is no longer someone I can trust at the last appointment he let me know that he no longer listens to patients maybe he is too busy now maybe he is worn out who knows but along with not listening to my concerns like usually he just pretended to listen. He also stopped replying to my mychart messages or even returning calls back.
