Very appreciative of the entire Briggs team in my latest purchase. They were incredibly responsive after a hail storm totaled my truck. They drove out to western KS and towed it back at no expense and then went work finding me another F150 from their inventory. Of all the dealerships I've purchased from, Briggs has next-level customer service.

The service personal were friendly and the oil was changed and tires rotated while I waited. The service technitions did all this in a very timely manner. Finally, as I checked out I was informed of any potential issues.

Briggs oil changes are great. Please tell the service manager that when his staff tell me the work on my Ford Hybrid is completed, to hand me the 'key' for my Ford Hybrid directly instead of leaving it in the car's drink holder, where it wasn't this time. I had to go back & tell them. Those 'keys' are $500 to replace. I'm in Physical Therapy for Sciatica nerve issues on my left leg for the last 2 years. Thank you, Briggs, for all your hard work.
