I purchased a 2026 KIA Sportage Hybrid on Feb 16th 2026 in Topeka Kansas at Briggs KIA. The sales lady and the finance Manager were kind & professional along with Sterling who did our final paper work. Sterling is a guy...not a place. I was treated kindly without the typical hype or sales pushing. Crystal who works there, helped us tremendously and let us test drive the vehicles we liked. Amazing customer service and everyone was very helpful. 10/10. This is honestly the best dealership I’ve been to. Chris was who helped and he made it a 10/10 experience. He didn’t try and pressure us to buy a car we didn’t love, he listened to what I wanted, how much we were willing to spend and helped us get to where we wanted.
