The management at this Bright Horizons is really incompetent. I used the Bright Horizons Backup Care program to make a reservation for my daughter at this location. The West Seattle location had availability and confirmed my reservation. On the day of the reservation, when I was getting ready for dropping off my daughter, I got a call from the West Seattle location and they told me that they have no space for my daughter even though they had given me a confirmation earlier.
