RecommendedMy experience has been excellent. The staff has been more than helpful, especially Lori. She helped me through a very difficult transition. I had to have dentures and she made it not quite so bad. She was always there for me.
The front desk staff “Lilly” said I needed 30 bone grafts at $500 each. She said it would cost $1,500. The real cost was $15,000. When I told her the mistake she laughed…. Then when she was giving the quote to my family member who was helping me pay for the work she AGAIN gave the wrong price of $1,500. That’s a HUGE mistake to make once let alone twice. The San Marcos office needs to have a little care for the patients.had a tooth needed pulled because it's Sharp and cutting my tung badly and can't sleep the pain is unbearable but they wouldn't pull it and left me in pain
I made an appointment for a cleaning. I was told that is what I would get and they offered me a $29.99 new patient exam and cleaning fee. I paid $40.00 for a X-rays and an exam to tell em what type of cleaning I needed. However, they had no one in the office that day to do an actual cleaning. I felt scammed and lied to about an appointment I specifically asked to get a cleaning and that is what was scheduled but did not take place. I will go else where.
Waited 1 hour after appointment time to be called then after waiting another hour & refusing to pay more money for unnecessary bone grafting the Oral surgeon said she will not put my daughter under general anastasia even though that is what we paid for.
