Dr. Alex is amazing stay away from that idiot that comes in on Saturday. I think his name is Dr. Choi give shot so fast it hurts like hell doesn’t need to do that! He’s just in a hurry.
This team is disorganized and keep patients waiting an hour past scheduled appointment time. Ortho & General don’t communicate. Lastly, having to listen to Jerry Springer with young kids in the room is not acceptable. Terrible experience.

We arrived on time and still had to wait up to three hours just for a deep cleaning. I felt that since my son didn’t get all the procedures done that they recommended, they treated us differently. The wait is horrible and the front desk was unprofessional….
It was so bad that they said they weren’t going to bill for the visit. But I’m sure they are. My pain level was an 11 and instead of pulling my tooth that was so loose I probably could have pulled it myself they wanted to give me pain medication and come back in a few days. My blood pressure was slightly elevated because of my pain and anxiety. Two hours later at another dental office my tooth was pulled. No more pain. My only frustration was, I came in for an emergency appointment for a horrible tooth and jaw pain. I told the dentist I have been taking 800mg of Ibuprofen and I was still in a lot of pain and nothing was working. At the end Of my appointment he prescribes me 600mg Of Ibuprofen..? So I mentioned again how I have already been taking ibuprofen so they add a antibiotic for me to take and said it should help the pain in a few days.. that doesn’t help me at the moment.. they never mentioned during my exam that I had an infection ... read more
