RecommendedMy second visit with bright now in Lorain and everything has been great with them they get you in and out I have been a patient of bright now in Elyria for a long time and figured I would change it up I like Lorain alot better so far. I scheduled my daughter her first pediatric visit and everything went great I highly recommend the Lorain office.
My visit was excellent! From the receptionist to the doctor. Everyone was courteous and very professional. The X-ray tech was very nice, providing quality service and the dental assistant was excellent pre and post extraction. The wonderful lady that handled the financial part and paper work was very efficient and she made everything simple and convenient. And last but not least! The Dentist was outstanding! I enjoyed my experience with the staff and dentist yesterday (5/31/2023). I look forward to them completing my dentures. I did not like that they tried to upsell me twice.
Stacy helped me find this page. Sarin is a wonderful face to see at 8am. Nina you rock girl you. you run that back office. Sam is new but she knows her stuff and is so sweet. Dr. Kespret is so gentle. all the ladies at this office are all smiles and the do a fantabulous job!

The best dental clinic I have ever been to! The staff is extremely professional while still being fun and lighthearted. It doesn't feel like you are just another patient giving money to a facility, but more like a friend! They actually care. The Dentist herself is an absolute HOOT and makes the experience the least amount of stress possible. I had never gotten any shots in my mouth before (even for numbing) and she walked me through the entire thing. Not once was I ever in pain or felt uncomfortable. 10/10 will be return... read more
