I don't know where to start. My dog, a four year old Chi mix (Gia) has been to several vet clinics in her lifetime. I adopted her just before COVID and she had a bad experience with a vet tech when she was young and because of curbside I wasn't able to go in with her for her visits. I left that clinic and have been to another, then a friend recommended BEAC because she is so pleased with Dr. Mahoney for her pets. I cannot say how grateful I am for the care and expertise of Dr. Rand, Dr. Spiers, and Dr. Mahoney. Two of my senior kitties have had recent health issues. One of them, Ian, was just confirmed with having kidney disease. The concern, diagnosis and quick medication recommdations from Dr. Spiers and Dr. Mahoney have gotten Ian off to a good start in fighting this disease. I am grateful.

Doctors are wonderful, Tech's are nice too, no problem there. The staff is another story, they rush you off the phone, they are rude, loud and make mistakes with calls and apts. I asked one to double check a medication and she nearly bit off my head. last two times I was there i heard the same girl behind the counter complaining about her kids and husband, it's extremely unprofessional. Only reason I go here is because of the Doctor. I dread dealing with the staff. It's amazing they still have jobs.

My little 6 lb. Morkie rescue had horrible teeth. He had 17 removed. I was very nervous about it. I shouldn't have been because they treated him with excellent care. They explained very clearly why and what they did. They checked in on him the next day as well. They were very reassuring and comforting. Jack is on the mend and feeling better than ever. I can’t say enough about how great this Veterinary Clinic is. My old vet just wasn’t cutting it in the sensitivity & empathy department, focusing more on the financials in my opinion. That, coupled with overdue test results, made me seek another clinic. Love this place our regular vet didn’t diagnose our dog with a brain tumor. We knew something was wrong with beloved dog Blake. We went looking to Brighton Eggert for a second opinion And The first visit to Brighton Eggert they diagnosed our dog . We are switching our other two dogs to Brighton Eggert
