RecommendedI called Thursday morning about my baby Riley not feeling well, they had me in by 1:30 that day. Did the necessary tests to find out what was happening and had her in surgery the next day! The staff was excellent with her. They took her back for a sonogram and when she got back they had put a pretty little bow in her hair…the caring they provided was above and beyond!! Thank you for the time you took not only with Riley but with me. Riley and I are forever customers🐶🐶🐶

We took our car Minnie to see Dr. Kay on 11/29/24. Dr. Kay was wonderful with her and so was her assistance. They both were very professional and caring. I love this place. We have 5 cats and they all go here.

I have taken 2 dogs and 3 cats here over the years. My new 10 yr old rescue dog was terrified of the vet I first took him to after moving to Clarence. Came back to Brighton Eggert despite the distance and they were as always WONDERFUL ! My new baby wasn’t scared at all there! And they diagnosed him at first visit! They’re the BEST!!

clean , friendly atmosphere, a family member of mine goes here, and because of my visit with them today, I am thinking that I may switch my vet. The "fluid demo" we were shown today, was beyond helpful! The vet tech Ann deserves a raise and also my family's thanks !!! Thank you Ann !! 🙂

This review is for the pet resort only as I use a different veterinarian. My dog is a 7-ish year old Great Dane mix that's both deaf and has a vision impairment. He loves to be petted but hates hugs and hates having anyone's face near his. I needed to board him for three nights due to a surgery. I half-expected them to call and say that he's too aggressive or reactive because he doesn't like strangers, whether they're people or dogs.
