I have been a member of BSCU for many years. My daughter's debit card had some issues, I called in and put in for a call back, and had the pleasure of LaTonya calling me back. LaTonya was extremely patient, kind, and professional. The call required me to get my daughter on the other line to go over the issues, as well as technical issues. I have been with the Credit Union for 58 years now. My parents opened my account when I was born and I was thrilled when they opened the East side Branch in Pompano Beach. I have gotten to know all the employees there over the years and many of them have moved on and up in BSCU. I miss seeing faces that know me. I am very happy for Aundrae Clarke; however, he will be missed. I would love to see Tasha Reneria become our branch manager and to stay at the Pompano Branch as long as possible.
