I've always been real uncomfortable going to the dentist. I just spent an hour at Brilliant Smiles and I never thought I'd say this, but I genuinely enjoyed myself at the dentist office today. The two ladies at the front desk are two of the coolest, most kind human beings I've met in a long time. These two women are top notch. I definitely recommend this dental office. The front desk staff was friendly and Dr. Fishman took great care of me!
Once upon a time this was an excellent dental practice. Over the past three years things have gotten very difficult as a patron. Several staff member have left and been replaced by less friendly and less helpful staff at the direction of Dr. Fishman. First about two years ago we were billed for someone else's bill. Then a year and a half ago my wife started Invisalign and when she went in she did not receive the correct retainers, she had to wait even longer to get started and was not told it would require cosmetic "buttons... read more
