I've used Bringing Your Tech to Life as the need occurs for about 5 years. Paul Isaacson definitely knows what he's doing and has always been able to fix ANY issues I've had from computer to phones - not tried a tablet yet only because the issue hasn't occurred. He's very fair, reasonable, knowledgeable, and efficient! He's a hidden gem that I almost hate to share!
