The room size is very good, the activities are great they are always doing things. The staff is just ok.
We were very happy with both the staff and surroundings at the Bristol Park facility. Definitely 5+. The only drawback we found was the lack of on-site professional medical care. Mom has Type 2 diabetes, and there was no one on-site to perform basic blood sugar testing. This was not something that we thought about confirming beforehand, and no one mentioned that, even though Mom's health issues were examined prior to the move.
It smelled good and had lovely decorations. It felt like a place you would choose to live. Yes, we would recommend Bristol Park to other families based on the experience so far.
A 5 in staff as far as being very nice and caring but a 3 in the actual care/work. It's big and beautiful and the meals are quite delicious. It's a great place if they don't need a lot of care. I find it necessary to call the nurse at times because the aids are not following through. But I like all the staff.
This was my only experience with a care facility but I was pleased with how caring and supportive they were. Very patient with explanations of all services. Always friendly and helpful with anything I requested. Very clean and organized. My husband loves the food which is really important because he lost so much weight before moving here from rehab. I believe they were a great place. It was clean, friendly people. I just don't think that they got back with the patients fast enough when they pressed their buttons for needing help.

It's been very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. My aunt enjoys the food and is clean and neat. They are not always responsive to my phone calls (I live in another State) but I do usually get thru on a second call.
This is an awesome place! The staff are compassionate, caring, and kind to the residents and families. They go above and beyond to love on your loved one. At the time when my loved one was there the community was between chefs. The maintenance team ended up filling in for the chef. Due to this the food wasn't always consistent. They did try to assist my loved one in providing good that they would enjoy.
Under the bed and dresser are dusty. The workers talk to the residents too much about others residents and their (workers) personal issues. What I liked most about the community is the location.
