Had several windows replaced last week. The installers were great, and were very efficient workers. They did a great job cleaning up after. Very pleased with the windows quality and have noticed the difference already in the lack of hot spots in our home.
We have bought 12 windows, a patio door and a front door from Bristol Windows. It's been several years back, but anytime we have had problems, they come out and fix it, no questions asked!

We had all the windows in our home replaced this summer. The two guys who came here were hard working, efficient, pleasant and did a great job with the installation and the clean up afterwards. If the windows perform as well when the Nebraska winter winds blow we will be happy customers indeed.
These ************ keep calling me even after i asked them not to, I reported to the DNC and will file with the Nebr. AGs office, they call, hang up so you might call back. I am leaving this as i cant connect with someone with more clout to follow up for me. I called back the number and got this business and a recording, i would suggest not to entertain any form of contract or service from a business that conducts itself in this way, I am not even in the state od Nebraska so i will send it to my State AGs office as well. ***... read more

The windows themselves are fine. My experience however was a disaster, and I am very frustrated with the quality of the install. They have offered to both come back out and take a look to make sure the windows were installed correctly, as well as reimbursing me for any material cost associated with me doing cosmetic work to the window stools. An appointment was set, time and date. It was reconfirmed by the sales man who was coming out the next day and I was no showed. I never got a call to indicate anything happened or their need to cancel. I don't understand why people do business like this, their customer service is horrible! I find it amusing that, their website won't allow you to leave a negative comment of your actual experience. I was open and honest and their site classified it as spam.
