I had difficulty in obtaining my receipt so I called. Your customer service person was great. He talked very clearly and was very patient with my limited knowledge of computers and answered all of my questions satisfactory. I have already shared my experience with some of my family members and friends. Have not received this good customer service in a long time.

I insured an expensive piece of jewelry last year and wanted to add a few more items. I was unable to do it on line so I emailed for help. There were some issues so Eric stepped in and spent time also trying to add them. When he could not do it he transferred me to Jill who also reassured me it would be resolved and she sent my issue to the tech department.
