Our new home mortgage process was very easy and pretty quick. Almost everything is done electronically and VanDyk Mortgage reps were in constant contact along the way. The whole experience was seamless and we highly recommend Brittany Bennett for a loan officer. She was even present at our closing which was great so we had a chance to meet her in person.
I shopped around for a mortgage and VanDyk had the best offer both in terms of rates but also the most accurate offer when it came to cash to close. Several other offers used inaccurate cash to close numbers (taxes and other costs too low) to make their offers more attractive and I greatly appreciate the accuracy that VanDyk brought to the table.
I think there were a lot of requirements that were expected for me to sign immediately. I feel like not a lot of things were explained and I felt rushed into signing things at times without time to look through what I was signing.
From the time of filing out the application to the time of closing this team was excellent. They answered any and all questions we had and did it in a timely manner. I appreciate all there help!!

Everyone did a good job clean and tidy
This is my second time working with VanDyk Mortgage and they are always a pleasure to work with. The team is very responsive and answer questions or concerns in a timely manner. For the past several years we have maintained communication and they even send holiday cards. I would definitely work with them again.
