Bed bugs and unresponsive management. The staff are very unresponsive to tenant requests. There are tons of street kids constantly hanging out in the parking lots. There is a massive bed bug problem that is not fully disclosed. Rent at your own risk.
roaches / bed bugs i have friends that reside here and say this problem is really bad. i wouldnt live here. just saying i dont care if rent is cheap but im not paying over 1000 for my daughter to get bug bites or me. no way not happening. just saying. horrible place.
Now Brix on Belleview Since Alliance Properties took over, the tenants were no longer a priority. We dealt with anything from bed bugs and roaches to non working appliances and air conditioner. Everything is outdated and the pool was not ready for the summer. The maintenance people were rude as well as the receptionist. In our year lease we had 13 work orders and only 3 of them were met and not until towards the end of our lease. The bug problem was never taken care of and the outside is just as bad.
