I had a wonderful experience here at Broad Street Smiles! Both my husband and I have not been to a dentist in years so, as you can imagine, I was a bit nervous, but I was put at ease by the superior care provided for me by every member of the staff. Friendly office, and I can only describe Dr. Fitch as an artist. I had an extraction done, and there was so little discomfort involved that I can truthfully describe the experience as painless, and as comfortable as an extraction could be. I am very pleased, at both the cost and the comfort level. I would not hesitate recommend Dr. Fitch to anyone needing dental work. I have my dentist for life.
Everyone from the front desk reception to Andy, the hygienist was very warm and welcoming. Andy was very thorough in the cleaning, yet she was gentle so there was no discomfort.
Excellent staff kept me apprised of every step of my in-depth new patient exam. The doctor listened to my needs and advised me in a reasonable, helpful way. I left feeling cared for and empowered.
Emergency appt to examine a broken tooth. Very easy to get in, very friendly, did I say very friendly?, gave me options, addressed another painful issue. Great care!!!!
