Your office handled my whole visit so well and it put a smile on my face (literally, thank you for the laughs Tiz). I was wary since I heard about you through a mailer however I am so glad I got that card from the post office! So happy to finally have a dentist in SLO and even happier to have a dentist who is willing to sit down and discuss what exactly is going on with me; that is going above and beyond and I appreciate that attention and slight hand holding that I needed.
Great service, I came in on an emergency to get a tooth filling fixed and they fit me right in even with a busy schedule. My front tooth looks better than it ever has and everyone there is so friendly.
It is always good except your receptionist is a little scattered however I love Cassie and Dr Fitch and Jackie and Tiz all in all I would give it a 98% always room to improve
I felt very safe... I usually get anxiety when I go to a dentist but this office made feel so safe..
