Nice experience, very friendly staff. I really appreciated how each professional I met in the practice warmly introduced themselves. The deal they have going on for new patients was an outstanding value. The work was thorough and the cleaning left my teeth looking whiter than they have in a long time. The dentist took about 15 minutes to explain all of my x-ray charts and the state of my teeth in a down-to-earth way, complete with a variety of hand drawn diagrams. I took advantage of their new patient special which was reasonable. I recently returned to use their services again and felt completely scammed. On the phone, I confirmed that the cleaning would be $137 and specifically asked if I would need to do an x-ray because I did not want to do this or pay extra for this. The receptionist confidently said no I did not need to do this. When I arrived I was told I was required to do an x-ray since it had been over a year since my last visit. My experience was very pleasant and informative. Dr. Fitch and asst. Monica were professional and thorough. I appreciate the knowledgable and critical assessment of my dental situation. I will continue my therapy and consider the upcoming alternatives. Thanks for your recommendations and service.
Although they were able to get me in last minute...I was charge $50 for my visit which consisted of the doctor telling me he has no idea what is wrong and I need to go somewhere else. I paid $50 for a referral.
