I had Brock shop my auto/home policies to see if I could get a better rate. He said my current policies were very well priced and they couldn't match them. He also gave me some policy tips on my homeowners that just saved me over $1,000 dollars on my current policy. I will find a way to use him as I was literally blown away from the time I called and he picked up on the first ring, to the incredible follow up all in a matter of hours. I called Jason Poole on a Sunday after a car accident. I needed some clarification on how to proceed since I knew the accident wasn't my fault. Not only did he clarify (two seperate phone calls) he also called later that evening to make sure everyone was okay and if there was anything else we needed.
