It was comforting to see Gina and Dr Bowdler. Old faces made the transition much easier to the new location. Change can be good. Had a great cleaning experience and look forward to coming back.
My hygienist was great, thorough,friendly and efficient. As always , I love Dr.Bowdler. I am always happy with him.
I have been coming to this office for years. I am very disappointed in how the office has changed. It used to have the small town appeal where you were greeted by your first name and asked how your kids were doing. Now they have expanded, I do not recognize the staff and the remodeling makes it look that they are mimicking an upscale law office. I arrived early to fill out paperwork...for a 730 appt... several people kept arriving..it was about 7 to 10 minutes before all secretaries arrived at once..even a note on desk would have been helpful.." weoek be back in a few minutes"
