U-Haul messed up our moving plans by only providing a 20’ truck at the last minute, after we had a 26’ truck booked for well over a month. Our loading date was Friday, May 20th which, if you recall, was very cold and rainy in the morning turning into a large dumping of snow for Castle Rock, these guys worked diligently with no complaints and were focused on taking care of our belongings the entire time.
