Absolute nightmare; buyers, be aware! I reserved a team of three a month in advance of the move; two showed up late. In fact, every team thereafter was consistently over an hour late. I have damages totaling $1516.00 and broken pieces of furniture strewn around everywhere you look. A 1-bedroom, 1,000 sq ft move took this company 28 hours and 7 employees. Unfortunately, my most recent experience with Bronco Moving was not a pleasant one. I was assured I would receive a partial refund and a resolution in the mail by October 16. As of today, October 17, the refund or the resolution of my move has not been received.

**DO NOT HIRE. WORST MOVING COMPANY** Let me begin by saying that Bronco Moving is not a good option if you are planning to move your valuable items. I booked them for a local move during a week day, which was not more than 10 miles, and I ended up having a horrible experience. Do not use. I specifically chose to use this company because they were a small family business. We had a small two bedroom condo to move and we asked the movers if we should move our TV ourselves and the mover said “no, we do it all the time. We can do it for you”. Then we found out they dropped the $600 tv and would not reimburse us for it. In the fine print they write “do not cover appliances, tvs or other fragile items if we are to break them”. So much broken!!! My kitchen table totally scraped up. Dropped multiple boxes, broken dishes, glasses, etc…. The worst of it is they broke the bannister in our beautiful new home. Haven’t even slept there yet. NIGHTMARE!!!
