This management recently took over my mom's rent stabilized apt. I noticed they have her building information incorrect on the billing. I have left numerous messages and have never received a call back. When I hold for operator I am disconnected. I have made a total of 8 calls to no avail. I can see this management company is going to be a challenge, to put it nicely.
HORRIBLE!!!!! They messed up my billing and when I attempted to resolve it I was met with an attitude and they treated me like I was lying even though I had confirmation numbers of every payment ever made to them. (I ALWAYS PAY RENT EARLY) They then didnt fix it until I called three seperate times and proved their mistake THREE SEPERATE TIMES. I HAVE MOLD GROWING ON MY CEILINGS AND CRACKS IN MY WINDOW SEALS AND THE PROPERTY MGRS BILL AND ALEX HAVE BEEN IGNORING MY REQUEST FOR REPAIR FOR OVER A MONTH NOW. I have called numerous times and emailed Bill several times without receiving any follow up. We are expecting a newborn baby in a month and have expressed our need for this repair to happen before the birth of our child and even that is being neglected. I will write a review on this page every week until I am scheduled a date for repair!!
Bronstein is a terrible company which clearly doesn't care about their tenants' lives or wellbeing. I recently moved out of my Bronstein-managed unit, but forgot to cancel my automated rent payments. Before the check went through, I reached out to Bronstein, asking them to not cash the rent check for a month where I would not be renting from them. They cashed it anyway, and continue to refuse to return my money, saying that I "vacated past the 5th of August" when I moved out on 7/29, AND they wrongly cashed the check before ... read more
The apartments poor state is covered up with new shiny stuff. When something broke off doesn’t get fixed. On top of it super gives an attitude and leaves before work time. Can’t even reach Management. The phone is always disconnects after so many button pressed of the robotic messenger droning.
