The customer service is horrible I tried getting in touch with Mike Vaga for 48 hours and I’m still waiting not sure what going on with my father. I am going to get to corporate about this because these are human beings and they need to be treated as such. Disgusting place. Remember you are getting old I pray to God no one treat any of you the way you treated me and my dad. They need to be shutdown

This is the worst place ever, my dad is there less than 24 hours and they are calling me to ask for his SSI information cuz all they want is money. They did nothing and when I called to say I was picking him up, they got upset . They gave me paperwork to sign and refuse to give me a copy when I asked and sent him home with nothing, no meds and treated us like we didn't count. Don't do that to your family member, fight for them as I did mine.

Where do I begin, on Sunday April 5th at 7:00am we get a call that my dad is not doing for well, during this COVID-19 crisis. And this was the one phone call we were hoping not to receive. First question we asked was, can we go see him and the nursing home said no. Afterwards, my sister and I kept calling throughout the day and the Nurse Musafa seemed very annoyed that we were calling for updates and hangs up on me. knowledgeable and caring staff available to residents and family. Physical Therapy staff should be Certified. Specialized food should be served to dialysis patients. Patients having an emergency have to fend for themselves and call for transport to hospital. Bronx Care staff will not call ambulance for patient to be transported to hospital emergency. This act is unlawful. The mortality rate in Bronx Care is high. This place needs to be investigated. Patients feel trapped as there is no other place to go. Sad.

My brother is currently a patient there. So far we are very disappointed with the care. The staff is never available. You leave messages and no one calls back. He has been there a little over a week and I’ve yet to receive a call from anyone regarding a plan of care for my brother. I had no choice but to choose this place because he gets dialysis and there are not many choices in the Bronx for Rehab Ctrs with that type of care. If your family is dependent on oxygen ..do not take them to this facility.. they may die ..my family was schedule for a home visit to come home...they could not do so because no portable oxygen was not available..only a concentrator...the director m&s Solomone can only be contacted by phone that she is never available to even leave a message...supervised refuse to give email to contact the director of nursing...so just file a complain with the state...horrible place...care nothing about patients
