Brooke and his team were amazing throughout the mortgage process. I worked primarily with Kim Nichols, who was spectacular. A mortgage can be a scary thing, mostly because there are so many unknowns about the process. However, Kim and Brook constantly kept me updated about the loan status and about what was needed from me at every step of the way. It could not have been smoother or easier. Such a great experience--would definitely recommend!
Cant say enough good things about Brooke and Kim made the process so easy for me. They were so responsive and beyond great with communication and timely responses to any questions. Really helped me secure a great rate and Brooke was so transparent with all the different options I had and broke in down in a super easy way for me to pick the best refinance for my situation.
