This is my 3rd or 4th time working with Marc & Team. As a self employed borrower with rental property investments the typical lender finds a reason to bail. Marc & Team get excited with these more complex deals. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable when it comes lending, their systems are buttoned up and we were tracking forward the entire time. I know lenders are SUPER swamped in the insane market. I appreciate their attention to detail and sense of urgency to get things done. I will be calling Marc again soon! :)
