Brooks kept us informed all throughout the loan process. He initially provided options of the type of loan options available illuminating the pros and cons of each type of loan. He never seemed to mind any of our questions and if he wasn’t able to provide an immediate answer he got back to us in a very short time with the correct answer.

Brooks and Linette were phenomenal through every loan step and process. Our situation was part of a complex probate dispute which required numerous emails, phone calls, and texts between Brooks, Linette, the probate attorneys, the trustee, and myself.
