The tech arrived on time, adjusted the springs, installed the new garage door opener, and lubed the hinges. On completion he showed me how to use the opener. It was completely uneventful. Everything worked as expected.

Not only did the fix my issue promptly but I felt like they were my knights in shining armor. They connected my garage door to my vehicle, hooked me up with an app to view the garage through a camera and it can all be done through my smart phone all at no extra charge.
