Five Stars So far so good-a really wonderful machine
Took me a while to get the install right. ... Took me a while to get the install right. It is critical to have one of the approved windows distributions on your computer. But once I followed the directions exactly, it installed and works very well.

Four Stars Meet my expectations.
Great unit. Love it!!! Easy to set up and use. If you only need B&W this is a great unit. I like it better than the 7820N unit it replaced (after umpteen years). The only negative for me was that this new one has different Drum size that previous one. (TN-450 vs TN-350)
The only dislike: checks print upside down Purchased for the office. All functions work well. The only dislike: checks print upside down, head to front & the check numbers run backwards, so checks that are chronological need to be rearranged. A pain when your busy, you have to pay attention.
