My son had a great experience with Dr Brown and her staff. Dr Brown called us the evening of his first treatment—just to see how my son was doing. A couple times, a bracket came off and we were able to see the Dr that day. After treatment, his semi-permanent retainer came loose. She saw us on her day off, less than an hour after we called.
