Upon finding this company, I bought a newsletter that obtained some stock information that I was interested in; after making my purchase, I was locked out of my "account." I then refreshed my browser and logged back in. Once logged in, I was unable to find what I paid for and kept seeing other newsletters that, of course, required more money, and it became a bait and switch type of moment. The trick to getting in touch with Customer service with this company is to press the button to buy something, otherwise you will hold for an eternity. I did receive all of the information that was promised but all of it has been garbage so far. All of the investments that were recommended have only gone DOWN and to make matters worse the recommendation "update" is to buy more of the crappy stock! I subscribed to the Near Future Report, but even though an email with what I bought was promised, none ever showed up. I called the customer support number and they claimed they unsubscribed me right then and there. Reading the other reviews, I'm not entirely convinced. They said that they would follow up within 5-7 days, and I plan to update my review then. After supposedly cancelling my subscription, I looked up other reviews of Brownstone Research, and none of it is good.

The order was placed online and should have followed with an order confirmation that includes the login and link to reports. Every subscriber has unique situations. Our customer service addresses each concern based on the request and the publication purchased.
I was going to subscribe to this site to have access to what kind of stocks to watch. I put all my card information in and it didn't go though, I had some time to think about it and I didn't want to anymore, well somehow they still ended up charging me for it even though they said that I would have to try again later. Though we did not receive an email or call requesting to cancel your service at anytime, we will do so. Per our cancellation policy, your Near Future Report has a 60 day trial period. Impossible to get a legible phone conversation with his cancellation # from India. I fell for it! Wanted to cancel my service the day after I gave them my CC# Waited on hold for 20 minutes to give them my confirmation cancellation code. This is Fraud. I purchased the newsletter for 49 dollars, I was charged 299 plus 2000. Stay away from this company.
