Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Great burger. Fries served cold, they did replace and we were told the hand-cut fries were coming back.

The Gorgonberry Pecan Salad was excellent! But the burgers seemed to pale in comparison; they were cooked a perfect Medium but both my husband and I would've liked a little more flavor/"oomph" in the burgers (Bourbon & The End burgers). Overall a good experience! Thank you!
