Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Excellent food! The wait for the food was long, over 40 minutes after we ordered. The manager ended up giving us our take home order for free due to the long wait for our dine-in food. Management cares. I assume they were short staffed in the kitchen.

The place got crowded fast so my server was overwhelmed. The burger had good flavor but the downsize the bun was bigger than the burger.
I was just so good!
I have no idea why folks rave about Bru Burger. Service is fine but these are no where near great burgers nor are the fries. No discernible seasoning in the burgers whatsoever. Blah is the overwhelming flavor palate from our experience.
