Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Wonderful food, service as usual! Only drawback...hostess was rude and lied to us about the table we requested on the outdoor patio. She sat us at a 2 top right by the trash bin, broom and door where all pass through. When I asked for another option I was told it was taken by a reservation. We finally moved after asking our server and no 4 top was ever needed after we sat there for a hour or more. I really don’t think she cared or liked her job.
I got the Melt Your Face burger (without cheese due to dietary restrictions). The lunch I had from Jimmy John's (with their peppers) was much spicier than what I got with the Melt Your Face burger. I felt that the food lack a lot of flavor in general. It wasn't bad, I was just hoping for more. The people were very friendly. I imagine this is the perfect burger place for a lot of people, just not me.
Food was delicious. Generous portions. Service was excellent. Our entire family enjoyed our dinner there.
