Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Great food, quiet enough to carry on conversation without too much noise
As many restaurants are these days, Bru Burger seemed short staffed. Our initial server was "standing in" and then our actual server did not have drink menus so handed me his server pad to review the beer specials. Overall, the food was good and my kiddos were happy.
Overall the experience at BRU Burger was mediocre. The food was okay, the service was okay but slow, and the restaurant appeared to be 'neglected'. There was no excellence visible in any component: service, food, facility, attitude. I took a large group to Bru, based on great dining experiences at the Mass Ave location. I won't recommend this to others based on this experience. Sorry, but I feel an honest review will be a basis for improvements.
