We have been to BRU Burger several times. Their food and presentation are always excellent. However, their service is often subpar. During our most recent trip, our table did not have silverware and napkins. We asked the waiter if we could have some silverware. He stated that it was busy and there might not be any silverware available! In addition, the waiter quite slow to check on our drinks and he never checked on the meal that we received. The food was excellent as usual. The service was excellent. And we were really pleased with the attention to wearing masks and social distancing.
No wait to get in, they were ready for us right on time. Great service.
