Proudly occupying the space of the former Greyhound Depot, BRU Burger Bar Evansville is the fifth BRU location for Cunningham Restaurant Group. Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Excellent and prompt service. Fun location being an old Greyhound stop but with beautiful and modern decor! Delicious food: I had the grilled portobello sandwich and fries. Hubby had beer battered cod and onion rings. Also, he loved that they offered Diet Mt. Dew.

I’ve been twice (once for lunch and once for dinner) and both times were excellent. The servers knew the menu like the back of their hands. Everyone at my table loved the food, but I have to give an extra shoutout to their goat cheese dip. It is addictive!

Went on a Sunday night for our first ever visit. We don't live in evansville so it was an hour trek each way. Ambiance and decor is awesome. Love that they left some of the older pieces of the station. Took a bit after being seated to have a waitress approach us but we didn't care so much. Once she arrived she was very friendly very knowledgeable and just a hoot. Food was excellent. I recommend the pretzel bread and the jalapeno Mac n cheese. We will definitely be back when we go that direction.
The atmosphere is wonderful. I love the way it’s decorated, those ceiling tiles, wow! Service was great. Our waitress was on top of it without being obtrusive. Drinks were kept refilled, food was brought out fast and hot. She was knowledgeable about the menu and the “spirits” menu. We didn’t feel rushed to make way for new/incoming customers. Service was exceptional. Can’t find to many places like Bru Burgers. Where you get GREAT service and really good food. This is probably the only place, I would not mind waiting an hour or so to be seated.
