Service and kitchen is going downhill at this place. Was so excited when they opened and have been multiple times. Last two times we went the service has been sub-par to fair, and the kitchen can’t quite seem to get the orders right. Disappointing as NKY could really use a decent place.
The food was wonderful but the service was not. No offer of refills on drinks, the food was very slow to come out, it seemed servers were changed in the middle of the meal. We really wanted to like this place as the food was great - but between all the noise, tv screens, and lack of service, we would only come back for take out.
Great location near the Aronoff Center. We had the snack burger and onion rings. Just the right size and excellent flavor!

Bru Burger may be known for burgers, but know that they have very tasty salads as well. The staff we’ve encountered have all been nice and really try to get your order the way you want it. There’s a nice variety of salads and you can add chicken, shrimp or salmon to any of them. It is also nice that they offer two different size salads.
