Our experience was okay. It’s very loud in there when it’s busy. The service was okay, it was just very busy so no fault to anyone. Our waitress was very nice and did her best despite being busy. Food wasn’t as good as the last time we were there. Patty melt wasn’t all that great.

This was our second time going to Bru Burger since they have opened. Both times we have loved it! The food is great and prive isn't terrible for a sit down date night dinner. Both times our serve was Danielle and she has been outstanding each time. She is very friendly and checks in often. She has been very knowledgeable and is sure to answer any questions you may have. My one tip of advise is: If you can make a reservation, I suggest to do so because they are often busy and may have a wait time.

We have been to BRU burger many times in Indy and were happy they opened in Fort Wayne. Prime location on The Landing, very loud due to high ceilings. Burgers were great and cooked to preference; fries and onion rings good - homemade ketchup a must try. Beer and cocktail list was good, I had the Pear Cosmo and it was decent. Staff was friendly and efficient. We'll be back.

Food, cocktails and service were great. Noise level was horrible. Just myself and hubby…we could barely hear each other. Even the waitress was having difficulty hearing our order. I don’t know how those at the larger tables could carry on conversations. Also, we went on a Sept evening when it was 80 degrees outside but freezing inside…very uncomfortable.
Very nice looking and clean inside. The staff was very courteous and attentive. The food was great! Get the Pretzels and the Southern Burger!!
