Hi Chloe, Thank you for the 5-star review! We’re thrilled you enjoyed your experience and can’t wait to welcome you again. All the best, BRU Burger Bar Lexington
We visited Bru Burger Bar with a party of eight, and our server was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and handled our large group with ease. Our food was good, well-prepared, and hit the spot. It’s a reliable, comfortable option in Lexington when you're dining with a group!
BRÜ is one of our favorite restaurants. We try to eat here at least once a month. But this visit whoever was working in the kitchen was either extremely tired or lazy. My three cheese garlic burger was missing cheese or garlic cloves. Especially I paid premium price for a plain McDonald’s hamburger. The rest of our food was prepared fine.
Business response:
Thank you for sharing your experience, Victor. Missing cheese and garlic on your three cheese garlic burger is unacceptable. We appreciate your loyalty and will address this with our kitchen team.
