Everything was great from the moment we sat down. Hayden, our server, was fantastic! He was knowledgeable about the menu and made great suggestions. The food is always top notch.
We had a party of 5 adults and everyone LOVED what they ordered!! The burgers were juicy and delicious & the salads were spectacular!! We will DEFINITELY be back!

Server asked us right sway if we were ready to order when we sat down. We literately just sat down and have never been here. Normal question is “have you dined with us before.” It felt super rushed and they weren’t busy. Felt more like ordering fast food than a sit down restaurant. The service was fine, but never asked how the meal was, and both of our salmon sandwiches were dry. We did not see a manager onsite.
Our waiter was not very good. He didn’t listen to my order. Forgot many items. He also was rushing us to order. Then he asked us while we were still eating if we we were ready for our bill.
i give it 5 because of the salad and more importantly, the server….Carly ( Carlee, Karle, whatever) was absolutely wonderful….it was nice thar the burgers came with fries BUT the Burger Week burger left a lot to be desired….make a better burger and charge for fries, is my humble opinion.
BRU Burger was our Cincinnati Burger Week Choice. We didn't think much of the burger. The fries were very good. We both thought our Bloody Marys were oddly a bit sweet.
