Dined at Bru for Cincinnati restaurant week. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals, great value and flavor was really good
Everything was great but the noise level was incredibly high—made a mistake taking my elderly dad here as since he couldn’t hear anything (even after adjusting his hearing aides), he didn’t participate in any of the conversation. I’d still recommend it but not if you have people with hearing difficulties in your party.
Excellent service! I needed to get in and out quickly, and my server was discreet, accommodated seamlessly without interfering with the rest of my group and their enjoyment of their meal.
The food and wait staff were excellent. The food came quickly. It was a Friday night, at 6:00PM the noise level was fine, but by 7:00PM it was a bit loud. The burgers were excellent, and the available sides like fries or cole slaw were a la carte. Parking was easy as there is a free, large garage in the same building. This restaurant group has a VIP Card that I would suggest requesting, if you might dine here or there other restaurants frequently.
Food as always was great. Service was good, but I felt like the person bringing our food out waited on us more than our actual waiter.
Fantastic food… Fantastic burgers. The fries were not as fresh as I would have liked them… But I still ate them.
It was a great place to take our group. Food was good, burgers, chicken fingers, salad, everyone enjoyed their choice!
Great food, great service, super friendly and helpful staff, little noisy, good beer selection, appreciate that coctails are also available.
Great service and the food is always amazing .. Only thing is I wish the had some kind of vegetable board for those who are gluten free
