We've been to BRU Burger many times, but this day it was very crowded and noisy. The service was chaotic. We saw a server pass us 3 times carrying what we thought were the nachos we had ordered and tried to flag him down to no avail and saw him carry them back to the kitchen. Our food took a long time to come out and 2 orders were not correct. My daughter-in-law who ordered a burger with cheese and bacon had it come out without either.
