The salmon salad was good. However, the greens required cutting. It should have been ready-to-eat.

Bru Burger is always a nice experience. Great burgers, an unusual and delicious salad and at least this trip, an excellent waitress. Nola, our waitress made the dining experience fun and enjoyable. Easy to talk to, attentive but not bothersome. We enjoyed our valentine outing tremendously. Thanks Bru Burger Plainfield. Oh yeah, parking is awful.
