Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Even with the 09.06.25 Zach Bryan concert at the ND Stadium, we were seated right away with our reservation. Pros: nice portion of the TN hot chicken, wife really liked the salad, nice crunchy bread on the portabella mushroom melt sandwich Cons: water tasted 'funny' and $9!! for a 16-oz Sam Adams - that's ridiculous
Always a great time and the food is amazing. It's also great how well they handle our large group each time.
The manager (Christopher Garcia) helped set up our reservation for twelve, then two other managers (Samara & Madison) set up the table arrangement for us while Stacey, our amazing waitress handled the rest! It was a great evening to launch our 50th high school reunion weekend. The food, service, and ambiance was spot on! Thank you all, Tim Stark
Our sandwich and salad were delicious and Madison was a great server.
