Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

My wife and I are both vegetarian and we had the two vegetarian options; Black Bean burger and the Impossible burger. Both were excellent, however we felt that $16 for the Impossible burger was a little pricey. The French fries are excellent. We will return in the future.

We have tried 7 different recipes in hopes of making the perfect vegetarian options. We do pride ourselves on serving the best quality to our guests which does reflect in the prices.
