Bruce and his team go out of their way to keep you informed. While doing USDA I was able to call Bruce to ask advice as to if being a co-signer on a car loan would put my debt to income ratio to a level that would effect getting a USDA. Bruce took time out of his day to crunch the numbers and called me back to tell me what level it would put the debt to income ratio based on different prices. As well as tell me it would put me out of the USDA debt to income range. Amazing customer service.

We had some challenging circumstances that most would have given up on because a lot of work was involved. Bruce never gave up on us, always returned our calls very quickly, explained things in a kind and patient way when we didnâ??t understand part of the process. He fought as hard as we did to get us into our home. We honestly feel that we would not be in our home today without his help.
